Yet, I had the luxury to always have at least one dog around me in my family. At one time, we had one West Highland White Terrier, one Cairn Terrier and one Scotch Terrier. That trio got a lot of looks, as you can imagine. In 2003 I followed my life-long dream of having my first own "big" dog.
Being able to combine my love for dogs with my passion for photography is a dream come true. And, as I found out, photographing cats is also a total blast. They are so different from dogs but they are truly interesting to work with.
I started photography when I was very young and moved to digital in 2001. During the last few years I have taken a lot of courses in photography with emphasis on pet photography. I will take these learnings and my ability to handle animals to create truly memorable images of your pet. I will create your pet portrait, be it dog or cat or rabbit or iguana..., wherever you like. The photographic session can take place at your home or in your yard, where your pet is totally relaxed, in one of the great parks around Vancouver or at a local dog beach. And if you like a studio portrait, we can work out the necessary arrangements for that too.
